I was 16 years old and had it all figured out. Just lost my virginity so I felt like a boss. I was playing around with some girls, but it was nothing serious. You had to search hard to find a 15 or 16 year old girl who was ready for sex. At last I found my next future ex-girlfriend ‘Megan’. She was amazing. We dated for about 10 months.
The first month of dating we were walking around the lake and 2 girls (probably 17 years old) asked me if I wanted to join them in their sailboat. Ofcourse I should have said no, but I felt really flattered. I tried to think of a way to make it impossible for Megan to say no, so I said: “You don’t mind if I go, do you?”. Ofcourse all 3 of us were looking at her, which made it almost impossible for her to say no. I went away for 1.5 hours and she was still waiting on the same spot when I got back.
I felt sorry for her, but I also enjoyed it. It felt like I had some sort of power over her, and I could do whatever I pleased. Every month that passed made me more wreckless and selfish. I started kissing other girls when I went out. I started dating other girls at my own school, since she went to a different school.
About 7 months in the relationship I had my school prom. I decided to take her with me. It would be interesting because me and my best friend at the time decided to participate in a contest about who would kiss the most girls at prom. I ended up kissing 11 girls, one of her being her best friend ‘Kelly’. She confronted me after prom and all I had to say was: “Did you see me kiss her?”. She didn’t, and I realized this was my ticket out because I knew I could make this about Kelly. Kelly was the jealous type, but she would never wedge her way between me and Megan without a reason. Ofcourse, I made it look like she did.
After saying: ‘I would never do that to you.. Kelly is a bitch bla bla bla’ like a 100 times the next few days she believed me. We broke up a few months after because ‘love ran out’.
Girls, if your best friend tells you she kissed your boyfriend:
1. She’s a bitch for kissing your boyfriend
2. It’s probably true.
